Systems for the work
that happens STAGED before doors open

Rita Carrier LLC is a computer systems design and integration practice that runs from a working chair yard at 8977 S Temple Dr, West Jordan - 84088-9274, United States (US). We build the networks, check-in tools, tracking integrations, dispatch systems and support dashboards that keep event operations, venues and field crews running in step. Every engagement begins with a hard look at how work actually moves through your floor before a single device is configured. See the six systems we deploy

Why a systems practice keeps a chair yard

We test integrations where the chairs are stacked, not in a showroom

Our building in West Jordan is a working yard. Folding chairs sit in stacked rows on wheeled dollies, a tall chair truck waits at the bay with chair rails loaded, a crate of seat pads rests beside the setup map board, and every device we design is proved out against that physical reality before it reaches a client site. That approach matters because computer integrated systems design fails most often at the seam between software and the physical world. A check-in terminal that reads a badge in 400 milliseconds on a bench suddenly stutters when it is bolted to an outdoor table in July heat at a venue with poor coverage. A dispatch tool that looks clean on a laptop can fall apart when a driver is standing on a loading apron with gloves on. We build for those conditions first.

Rita Carrier LLC works across the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector, and our practice sits squarely in computer integrated systems design. That means we do not sell hardware with a software afterthought, and we do not write software that ignores the rooms it will live in. We map the operation, choose the network and device mix, integrate the tracking and scheduling layers, and then stay on site long enough to prove the whole assembly holds together under load. The chair yard is our proving ground and also our reminder that every system, no matter how clever, eventually has to serve someone who is tired, in a hurry, and holding a clipboard.

The six systems

Integrated systems we design, deploy and support

Each service below is delivered as a designed assembly of network, device and software layers, tuned to the yard or venue where it will run.

A

Event Operations Platforms

We design the central platform that ties a live event together: floor plans, load-in schedules, staffing assignments, incident logs and status roll-ups in one coherent console. The platform is built around the operational calendar of the venue, so the data that matters at 6 a.m. during load-in is not buried under reports meant for the following quarter. We integrate the platform with the network and check-in systems so that a single source of truth follows the event from the first dolly through the last teardown.

Venue Network Deployments

Venue networks carry ticketing traffic, badge readers, point of sale, camera feeds and back-office systems at the same time, often in buildings never designed for dense wireless load. We survey the site, design the access layer, choose switching and cabling, and document every drop so the next crew inherits a network it can actually operate. Redundancy and failover paths are designed in from the start rather than bolted on after the first outage.

Check-in and Ticketing Systems

Entry is where a system is judged in public. We design scanning stations, print and mobile ticket flows, badge issuance and reconciliation tooling that move people through a door without a queue that spills into a street. Our check-in designs assume spotty connectivity and provide offline queueing that syncs the moment a link returns, so a lost connection never becomes a lost attendee.

Inventory Tracking Integrations

Chairs, pads, cabling, tablets and radios all move out and come back, and the count has to be right. We integrate barcode and RFID tracking with the operational platform so that every asset carries a location and a status, and reconciliation happens at the yard gate rather than in a spreadsheet at month end. The result is a yard that knows what is staged, what is out, and what is due back before anyone climbs into a truck.

Scheduling and Dispatch Tools

Our scheduling and dispatch tools connect crews, vehicles and job sites so that the next assignment is always visible and the day can be resequenced when a venue changes its mind. Routing, crew certification, equipment availability and job status are held in one place, with mobile views designed for a phone in a truck cab rather than a desktop in an office. Dispatch decisions become faster and far easier to defend after the fact.

On-site Support Dashboards

Once the doors open, someone has to see the whole operation at a glance. We build support dashboards that surface device health, queue depth, ticket throughput, network status and open incidents in a single view, sized for a wall display in a control room or a tablet in a technician hand. Alerts are tuned to the noise level of a live event so that the people watching the screen are not chasing false alarms.

Rita Carrier LLC opens its winter season window for systems design and deployment engagements, and the yard crew is scheduling site surveys and integration builds across the region through the coming months.

How a build runs

From yard walkthrough to a system that holds under load

We work in four deliberate passes, and each one produces something a client can inspect rather than a slide deck that promises results later. The first pass is a walkthrough, where we trace the physical flow of people, equipment and data through your operation. The second is design, where the network, device and software layers are drawn and debated against real constraints of power, ceiling height, weather and staff skill. The third is deployment, staged in our West Jordan yard wherever possible so that failures happen cheaply before they happen publicly. The fourth is support, where dashboards and documentation keep the system healthy long after the last technician leaves the site.

Because we are a computer integrated systems design practice rather than a reseller, the same people who design the system also deploy and support it. That continuity removes the handoff where so many projects quietly fall apart. When a check-in station misbehaves on day two of a three-day event, the engineer who chose the scanner and wrote the offline queue is the person on the phone, and that shortens every resolution path.

Pass One

Operations walkthrough

We spend a day or more inside your operation, watching load-in and load-out and interviewing the crew who live in the system. The output is a written operating picture, not a wish list.

Pass Two

Integrated design

Network topology, device selection, integration points and software flows are documented together so that no layer is designed in isolation. You approve a package you can actually read.

Pass Three

Yard-staged deployment

We build and test in the yard first, breaking things on purpose so that the version that reaches your venue has already survived the worst cases we can invent.

Pass Four

Support and tuning

Dashboards, runbooks and tuning keep the system aligned with your operation as it grows. Support is a design output, not an afterthought sold separately.

Where our systems work well

Rita Carrier LLC serves organizations that run complex physical operations and need their software to match. Our event operations platforms suit festivals, conference centers, fairgrounds and multi-room venues that must coordinate dozens of moving parts across a single day. Venue network deployments serve arenas, exhibition halls, campuses and outdoor sites where wireless density and cabling discipline decide whether an opening goes smoothly. Check-in and ticketing systems serve box offices, registration desks and access-controlled gates. Inventory tracking integrations serve rental yards, equipment depots and logistics teams who must reconcile what left and what returned. Scheduling and dispatch tools serve field crews, transport fleets and service organizations that resequence their day constantly. On-site support dashboards serve control rooms, operations centers and technical teams who need one honest view of a live system.

Across every sector in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services family, the same principle holds: technology earns its place only when it fits the work people already do. We design toward that fit, and we keep the chair yard close at hand as a reminder that the physical world always gets the final vote.

Every system, stacked, strapped and staged before it ships

If your operation is carrying more complexity than your current systems can hold, a conversation with Rita Carrier LLC is a practical place to begin. We will walk your yard, name the seams where things break, and describe the integrated system that would remove them.
